OUR MISSION

Redefine Her Street ("RHS") is an organization on a mission to create the largest women’s undergraduate finance network. We are dedicated to supporting women interested in careers within the financial services by equipping them with tools to build community, providing access to educational resources, and sharing the most up to date information about the recruiting process.

Another critical part of Redefine Her Street are the partnerships we build with Wall Street firms and financial services companies who are interested in gender parity. These relationships allow us to have first-hand information about opportunities as we work with these companies to build a robust pipeline of talented, intelligent, capable, and well-rounded women.

We envision an entire ecosystem of undergraduate women interested in beginning their careers in the financial services, as well as successful alumni interested in continuing to be part of the organization as mentors. As we build out this network, we hope that you’ll consider joining us.
